Before you sign in:
Please ensure that you know and/or have access to the following items:
- – Your account username
- – Your account password
- – The email address associated with your account
- – A list of the folder(s) you have access to
**IMPORTANT** – please ensure that you enter your login details exactly as they were emailed to you when signing in to the Remote Access Portal. Both usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If you do not enter them exactly as they were sent to you, you will not be able to access the system.
You can also access the NAS on Windows by navigating to file explorer, clicking “network”, and pressing “LL-NAS1”. In order to access files on the server, you will need a username and password.
To add the NAS to your desktop, right click on the icon in “Network” within file explorer, click “View more” and click “Create Shortcut”. This will then add a shortcut to your desktop.
